ACCESSIBILITY AND USABILITY

Accessibility at MasteryCue

We aim to make MasteryCue usable for educators with a wide range of access needs. We review readability, keyboard interaction, visible focus, responsive layouts, and alternatives to complex visual displays as the product changes.

What we are working toward

Our goal is to improve alignment with WCAG 2.2 AA where applicable. This statement is not an accessibility certification or a claim that every feature meets that standard. Individual screens, generated lesson exports, uploaded third-party files, and embedded videos may still have accessibility limitations.

If something blocks your access

Please contact us through our support form. Include the page or workflow, your device and browser, the assistive technology you use if you wish to share it, and the difficulty you encountered. Do not include student records or private credentials in a support request. We will review access problems and work on suitable alternatives where feasible.
