I would like our school to evaluate MasteryCue for a limited teacher-led instructional planning pilot. It provides skill-based grouping suggestions, targeted small-group and whole-class lesson plans, and documentation of instructional supports and progress checks.

Before any real student information is uploaded, could you help clarify:
1. Who is authorized to approve a new educational technology vendor?
2. Which school/district data-protection agreement and security review are required?
3. Whether a small pilot, purchase card, invoice or purchase order is permitted, and the applicable approval limits?
4. Which data formats and classroom workflows we may use in an approved pilot?
